Following God is a journey. We don’t always see the end, but we see the path that God has set before us. In 2002, Normandale Baptist Church began to realize a God-sized vision for reaching people on the west side of Fort Worth. Recognizing that God was already at work, the church embraced God's leading and began the first steps of relocation outside the 820 loop.

In March of 2003, the church purchased 50 acres located off Chapel Creek Blvd. (Across from Vista West). This was the beginning of a 4-phase master plan that includes a multi-purpose center, education space, youth building and a 3,000 seat worship center.

Phase 1 consists of a 700 seat auditorium designed to double as a gymnasium, education space for roughly the same number, and office space.

Entering the atrium, the Welcome Center will stand to greet members and visitors alike. A coffee shop and bookstore will be located near the sanctuary entrance. The 700-seat sanctuary/multipurpose center is flanked by LIFE Group meeting space, in addition to a choir suite and kitchen. The sanctuary seating will be centered around the main stage. The stage will have space for musicians and choir.

This area will serve as space for LIFE Groups to meet on campus. One of the features will be a secure, state-of-the-art children’s facility. There will also be a temporary space for Student Ministry until a separate building is constructed. The main office suite will be located on the immediate right of the front doors. Also, located in the atrium, a beautiful fountain will serve as our baptistry.
Please continue to be in prayer as we continue to obey God on this JOURNEY OF FAITH.
