Our Purpose

We exist to glorify God by knowing Christ and making Him known. That's it. That sentence drives our lives and our church ministries.

God created us to glorify Him (Isaiah 43:7), so everything we do is centered around Him. This is the Great Conclusion.

The best way we glorify God is through knowing Christ by faith in His life, death, and resurrection on our behalf. To know someone is to love them, which is His Great Commandment (Matthew 22:37).

We also glorify God by making Him known to our neighbors and to the nations. This goal is His Great Commission (Matthew 28:18-20).

Our Strategy

We see the church structured kind of like an apple.

The skin is what draws your eye; it is the attractive part. It is your first interaction with the apple. For our church, this is the Large Group worship gatherings on Sunday mornings.

The meat is what gives you the most nourishment. It is what fills you up and keeps you going. For our church, this is our Learning Groups and Life Groups. Learning Groups study God's Word and grow together in discipleship, while Life Groups focus on fellowship, prayer, service, food, and fun.

The core, though, or the seed, is where multiplication occurs. It is what produces other apples. For our church, this is our Little Groups, where a few people get together for accountability and disciple-making of others.

All in all, we believe a healthy and growing church member regularly attends and invites to the Large Group, studies in a Learning Group, enjoys a Life Group, and invests in a Little Group.
